The Availability Search function assists matching enquiries with available properties. It is particularly useful for those with open ended requirements that you need to match across a medium to large portfolio.
Input all requirements into the search function, be as specific as possible here to get an exact property match and include all amenities and tags that apply.
You will be given a list of properties that match your criteria, which will appear in order of most matched to least matched. You will see each property is given a percentage calculation which tells you how suited the property is to your search. The availability column lets you know if the property is available for some, or all dates requested. Click on the availability to be taken directly to the individual calendar for that property.
