There are two options for loading your pricing onto Hospiria. Nightly dynamic pricing, or Length of stay (Los) pricing.
For the nightly option, we connect with dynamic pricing platform: PriceLabs.
For Length of stay, you can input the rates that you already have in place for your property (including seasonal rates, nightly tariffs, and discounts)
Select your pricing approach under the commercials section of your property page. You can also add minimum and maximum stay lengths, supplements, and maximum number of guests.
The price that you load onto Hospiria does not include the platform charges (the 15% commission that Airbnb would take, for example). The price on Hospiria is then marked up based on the platform commission fee.
